There are many registered and certified contractors in Summit County Colorado - Specializing in remodeling, general home repairs, drywall, stone and rock repairs, water mitigation, plumbing, restoration, landscaping and snow removal. Pinkys Community Management will coordinate all your repair needs based on the type of project with properly insured and licensed contractors.

Community Association Management
Sheila Skaggs, Certified Community Manager, CMCA, has been operating in Summit County, CO. with HOAs in Community Association Management for 19 years. Her experience with Board of Directors and homeowner communication, governing documents, financials, vendor/project management, administrative and onsite services is extensive. She also has many years in Quality Assurance so practices all aspects of Good Standard of Services.

Financials - HOA financial statements are produced using, an independent accounting service and local banking services with Caliber - Front Steps Software. We offer all HOA accounting services including income statements, balance statements, reserves balance, AR, AP, GL and bank statements. Homeowners can be provided with a unique password protected owner portal to auto pay their dues. Funds are located locally for ease of banking.
